Controlled resin flow under vacuum

A leak-tight system creates the pressure differential that draws resin through the reinforcement and flow media for consistent impregnation with fewer air voids.

Prepare the laminate Arrange dry reinforcement on the mold surface.
Install flow materials Peel ply, infusion mesh and resin inlet line.
Verify vacuum integrity Seal the bag and complete a leak check.
Infuse the resin Control the flow front from inlet to vacuum outlet.
