Clear casting resin with low exotherm and shrinkage
SHCP 3330WP is intended for imitation jewellery, ornaments, panels and trays. Casting thickness, pigments, fillers and cure cycle should be validated before production.

- Clear appearance
- Viscosity: 3–5 poise at 30°C
- Gel time: 4–7 minutes at 30°C
- Cure time: 14–17 minutes at 30°C
- Shrinkage: approximately ±5% per TDS
- Dark stability below 25°C: 4 months per TDS
How to use
- At 30°C, gel time is 4–7 minutes and cure time 14–17 minutes, so mix small batches.
- Thick castings can generate high exotherm, causing cracks or discoloration. Test at the actual casting thickness; for thick sections reduce catalyst or pour in layers as recommended in the TDS.
- Shrinkage is about ±5%; allow for it in mold design and fitted parts.
- Pigments and fillers can change clarity and gel time; test on a small sample first.
Storage
Store in the dark below 25°C; stable for 4 months per the TDS. Keep containers sealed to avoid moisture pickup. Supplied in 225 kg drums.
