Clear gelcoat for general composite mouldings
BB9777 Clear provides a clear surface layer for composite mouldings. Film thickness, catalyst level, temperature and cure time must follow the TDS and production trials.
Key TDS data
- Viscosity: 7,000–10,000 mPa·s at 25°C
- Thixotropic index: 4.5–7.0
- Gel time: 10–16 minutes at 25°C
- TDS gel data: 2% MEKPO
- Minimum Barcol hardness: 30–35 after 7 days
- Typical shelf life: 3 months below 25°C
