Flexible casting resin for resilient parts
ETERSET RS-5272AP is intended for flexible mouldings, furniture parts, caulking and sealing compounds. It may be blended with more rigid resins to improve elasticity and impact strength after compatibility testing.

How to use
- Prepromoted, waxed resin. At 25°C with 1% MEKPO, gel time is 9–11 minutes.
- Very low viscosity (300–350 cps) pours easily into molds and small details.
- The cured resin is flexible (about 60% elongation, Shore D about 40), suited to flexible castings, caulking and sealing.
Blending with rigid resin
RS-5272AP can be blended with rigid polyester to improve flexibility and impact resistance. The blend ratio affects hardness, gel time and strength, so test on samples before production.
Storage
Store below 25°C; typical shelf life about 3 months. Keep containers closed after opening.
