Multi-substrate structural and gap-filling adhesive
TECHNIGLUE R60 cures at room temperature with H60 Fast or Slow and forms waterproof bonds for marine, construction, industrial and composite structures.
Key considerations
- Published mix ratio: 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener by volume
- H60F Fast or H60S Slow hardener; also available in a 2:1 cartridge
- Non-sag gap filling does not replace TDS-based surface preparation
Surface preparation and application
- Clean, abrade and dust off bonding surfaces. Timber must be dry; concrete and stone must be clean and free of laitance.
- Mix 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener by volume until uniform, or use 2:1 cartridges with a dispensing gun and static mixer.
- Non-sag and gap-filling: can be applied on vertical faces. Assemble within the working time and keep parts fixed until cured.
Choosing a hardener
H60F Fast for quick cycles and cooler weather; H60S Slow when more alignment time is needed or in hot conditions. See the TDS for exact times.
