Quick-curing general-purpose polyester laminating resin
SHCP 2211N is intended for boats, canoes, tanks, pipes, sanitary products and a broad range of FRP parts made by hand lay-up or gun spray-up.

- Viscosity: 4–6 poise at 30°C
- Gel time: 7–15 minutes at 30°C
- Cure time: 14–25 minutes at 30°C
- Thixotropic index ≥ 2
- Acid value: 20–24 mg KOH/g
- TDS gel data determined with 1% MEKP on 40 g resin

Technical note
The TDS recommends complete mixing of accelerator into the resin before adding catalyst. Never directly mix accelerator and peroxide catalyst. Review the current TDS/SDS and validate the cure system under actual production conditions.
