SMC for compression-moulded water-tank panels
POLYSHEET G600-GY is a flexible soft sheet for water-tank panels, designed for surface gloss, mould flow and mechanical performance.

Molding guidance
- Weigh the charge for the panel, then cut and stack it in the calculated position.
- Gel time is 100–130 seconds under the TDS test conditions: set mold temperature, pressure and closing speed so the compound fills before gel.
- Remove the carrier films just before loading.
Suitable applications
G600-GY is designed for sectional water tank panels: glossy surface, good flow, 80 MPa tensile and 200 MPa flexural strength, and water absorption below 0.1%. Sheet width 1,000 mm. For potable water tanks, confirm drinking-water contact requirements under the applicable regulations.
Storage
Keep SMC sheets sealed in their packaging in a cool place away from sunlight and use within the manufacturer's recommended period.
