Purpose
A dispensing bottle with a measuring chamber in the neck for dosing the correct volume of catalyst (MEKP) per resin batch, reducing guesswork and direct contact with the chemical.
How to use
- Squeeze the bottle to fill the measuring chamber to the required mark, then pour into the resin.
- Calculate catalyst as a percentage of resin weight per the TDS; keep a conversion chart for common batch sizes.
- Use each bottle for one catalyst only and label it clearly.
Safety
Peroxide catalysts are hazardous: wear goggles and gloves, close the cap after use and keep the bottle away from cobalt accelerators.
Specifications, dosage, operating conditions and safety requirements must be checked against the manufacturer’s current TDS/SDS before implementation.
