Wipe-on / wipe-off semi-permanent mold release
AXEL XTEND 1140HS is a proprietary modified-siloxane resin solution in an aliphatic solvent blend. As the carrier evaporates and the polymer cures, it forms a semi-permanent release film without requiring a separate sealer.

Basic application
Apply 2–4 light coats, allowing 15–20 minutes between coats, then cure for at least 30–60 minutes before molding. Apply at ambient temperature, ideally above 18°C; do not use above 177°C tool temperature and do not dilute.
